By placing an order, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent).

• Are a bona fide end-user (no resale/commercial use).

• Reside in a region we ship to (currently continental U.S. only).

1.2 Product Availability & Quality

• Pre-owned watches may vary in condition, accessories, or documentation.

• All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues.

• Packaging may differ from images (e.g., boxes may not be original).

1.3 Order Process

1. Add items to your cart.

2. Proceed to checkout (account registration required).

3. Review order details, then submit payment.

4. Receive an order confirmation email. Shipment confirmation = binding contract.

1.4 Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in USD, inclusive of taxes (excludes shipping).

• Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfers (subject to approval).

• Full payment is required before dispatch.

1.5 Delivery

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (U.S. only).

• Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

• We do not ship to PO boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas.

1.6 Returns & Refunds

• 14-day return policy: Unworn, undamaged items with original packaging.

• Faulty goods: Contact us immediately for repair/replacement.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

1.7 Warranty

• Pre-owned watches include a 24-month warranty (mechanical defects only).

• Excludes: Normal wear, water damage, or third-party modifications.

1.8 Water Resistance

• “Water-resistant” ≠ waterproof. Follow manufacturer guidelines.

• Regular maintenance (e.g., seal checks) is recommended.
