At Chronno 24, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your watch, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free returns and replacements process.

Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window: You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition Requirement: The watch must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
Original Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@chronno24.com or call (469) 305-2720 to request a return authorization.

  2. Securely pack the watch in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents.

  3. Ship the watch to our address (a prepaid return label may be provided for eligible cases):

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Replacements & Warranty

🔧 Manufacturer’s Warranty: All new watches come with the original manufacturer’s warranty. Pre-owned and vintage watches are thoroughly inspected and serviced before sale.
🔄 Defective or Incorrect Items: If your watch arrives defective or differs from your order, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Watches with signs of wear, damage, or missing components
