From 2001 when they introduced the RM001 tourbillon and 2007 when the RM011 was released, “RM” had already redefined modern-horology. It was like Mr Mille created a category in itself, avant-garde watches using cutting-edge techniques materials inspired by motorsports and aerospace.

The  RM011 is certainly the most recognisable model, its story and success has RM’s friendship with Brazilian driver, Felipe Massa. Since then we saw RM011-01, RM011-02 and in 2016 the release of an upgraded version, bigger in size called RM11-03.
The classic tonneau case is emblematic of Richard Mille and its signature design, endorsing top athletes and answering their need for watches that resist extreme conditions, 2011 saw a revolution with the world’s lightest and shock resistant watch in the industry.  The RM27 collection developed for Rafael Nadal, to allow him to play during tournaments with his watch.  Since then the carbon fiber cased RM27-01, RM27-02 and RM27-03 versions were released, all limited to 50 pieces & ultra-ultra-light.
