A: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the U.S., depending on your location and the product purchased. For international shipping, estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

A: Yes, Chronno 24 ships worldwide. International shipping rates and customs duties (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order under “My Account” > “My Orders.”

Q: Do you offer in-store pickup?
A: Currently, we operate exclusively online and do not offer in-store pickup.

🔁 Returns & Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Watches must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and paperwork.

Q: Do your watches come with a warranty?
A: Yes. All new watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Pre-owned and vintage watches are covered by a 6-month Chronno 24 warranty.
